GAY MARRIAGE: HIGH COURT SETS STAGE FOR HISTORIC RULING
There's no way the court can rule in favor of gay marriage and not also legalize polygamy. They might concoct some BS reason, but if states are forbidden from passing laws defining marriage as between a man and a woman, they cannot then legislate that marriage is between 2 people. Either the state has the power to define it, or it doesn't.
